I declare that this niche has never been used for urn placement and no human remains or ashes have ever been placed in it. My information is truthful. Transferability and memorial park approval require separate confirmation.

A seller declaration is not platform verification of ownership or operator approval. A licence to use is not evidence of freehold ownership. Confirm transfer conditions directly with the park.

Full unit identifiers and supporting documents are private. Never include names, identity numbers or certificates in listing descriptions/photos.

Adviser referrals & rewards

The invited adviser must pass approval and have authentic listing evidence reviewed and their first listing approved. Free 2 is not duplicated. Welcome and conversion credits are promotion-only, expire after the snapshotted campaign period (launch: 90 days), discount at most 50%, and leave a positive payable balance. Paid conversion needs RM59 net provider-confirmed payments within 90 days, excluding reward transactions and reviewed refunds/reversals. A refund-review hold applies. The launch limit is five basic rewards per referrer/calendar month; campaign budgets may pause rewards, never genuine registration. No cash, recruitment chains or guaranteed sales. Existing trials are unchanged.

Promotional benefits, not customer money. No transfer, withdrawal or property purchase.

Reward discount is reserved against this order. Unpaid expired orders release it after capture checks. No bank payment is replaced by a reward claim.

Cash refunds are reviewed against the amount actually paid and normally returned through the original payment method after provider confirmation. Promotional discounts are not refundable as cash. Refunds or disputed payments can invalidate referral qualification; unspent rewards may be reversed and spent rewards require audited review. Original ledger entries and consumer rights are preserved. No automatic blanket refund rejection applies.

Private sellers

RM99 per listing for 90 days of advertising from actual approved public publication. New private sellers have zero free published listings and no private seller subscription. A draft, document submission or review application does not trigger a charge. Each listing and subsequent 90-day renewal needs its own paid entitlement; previous payments cannot be reused.

Review and verification precede publication and remain separate from payment. Rejected-before-payment listings incur no listing charge. Paid but unapproved listings remain non-public and can be submitted for refund review. At expiry the listing leaves public discovery unless renewed. No automatic renewal applies. Legacy published listings retain their recorded transition arrangement without retroactive charges; subsequent private renewals require payment.

Verified individual advisers

• Agent Free: RM0, with 2 concurrent active published listings for eligible verified individual advisers only. Unverified applications and self-declared profile claims do not qualify.
• Agent Flex: RM10 for each additional listing / 30 days, above the verified base 2. No extra Flex purchase is needed for a listing already covered by a valid subscription.
• Starter Monthly: RM59 / month; Starter Annual: RM590 / year. Both allow 10 TOTAL active listings.
• Professional Monthly: RM149 / month; Professional Annual: RM1,490 / year. Both allow 50 TOTAL active listings.
• Eligible approved advisers may receive a one-time administrator-approved 7-day Professional Trial, with no card or automatic charge.
• When a trial, subscription, Flex period or verification ends, eligibility and valid capacity are recalculated. Eligible verified advisers return to the free allowance; excess listings become non-public through a recorded process, while content is retained.
• Agency is not offered publicly at launch.

Visibility products

Featured: RM15 / 7 days or RM39 / 30 days. Urgent: RM19 / 7 days, RM29 / 14 days or RM49 / 30 days. Bump: RM8 once. Spotlight: RM29 / 7 days. These promotions never grant or renew basic listing entitlement.

Bump refreshes ranking without rewriting the original publication date. Promotion requires an eligible active listing. Expiry or suspension removes public promotion visibility; its original expiry remains fixed without automatic extension or refund. Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Paid services do not guarantee impressions, views, enquiries, transfers or sales. Catalogue pricing when the order is created governs that order.
