Adviser referrals & rewards

The invited adviser must pass approval and have authentic listing evidence reviewed and their first listing approved. Free 2 is not duplicated. Welcome and conversion credits are promotion-only, expire after the snapshotted campaign period (launch: 90 days), discount at most 50%, and leave a positive payable balance. Paid conversion needs RM59 net provider-confirmed payments within 90 days, excluding reward transactions and reviewed refunds/reversals. A refund-review hold applies. The launch limit is five basic rewards per referrer/calendar month; campaign budgets may pause rewards, never genuine registration. No cash, recruitment chains or guaranteed sales. Existing trials are unchanged.

Promotional benefits, not customer money. No transfer, withdrawal or property purchase.

Reward discount is reserved against this order. Unpaid expired orders release it after capture checks. No bank payment is replaced by a reward claim.

Cash refunds are reviewed against the amount actually paid and normally returned through the original payment method after provider confirmation. Promotional discounts are not refundable as cash. Refunds or disputed payments can invalidate referral qualification; unspent rewards may be reversed and spent rewards require audited review. Original ledger entries and consumer rights are preserved. No automatic blanket refund rejection applies.

Current launch status

Commercial checkout remains unavailable. Curlec merchant-enabled methods have been confirmed, but method-specific integration acceptance and other launch requirements remain outstanding. Drafts, document submission and review remain available without an automatic charge. New paid private listings remain unpublished until payment is legitimately available and verified.

Excluded payments

EternaPlace never collects property purchase consideration, deposits, transfer or operator fees, financing repayments or escrow funds.

Confirmation and records

When enabled, paid entitlements require verified successful payment. Orders preserve the product and version, agreed price, currency, duration and purchaser records; later catalogue changes do not rewrite an existing purchase. Private listing time begins only at actual approved publication. Failed, cancelled or unconfirmed attempts do not grant paid service.

Confirmation is server-side

A browser redirect or return page alone is not proof of payment. Visa/Mastercard, FPX, Touch ’n Go eWallet, GrabPay and Boost are merchant-confirmed for this phase, not yet evidence of completed provider acceptance. Available methods must match approved merchant configuration when checkout opens. Atome is pending separate approval; Grab PayLater, ShopeePayLater and DuitNow Pay are excluded.

Interrupted checkout can still receive delayed bank or wallet confirmation. Check billing or contact support before retrying; closing the checkout does not itself cancel a payment. Duplicate and disputed charges can be submitted for reconciliation and refund review.

Currency, tax and disputes

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Applicable tax, if any, is shown on the order. Contact us promptly about duplicate or disputed charges. Razorpay Curlec is intended only for EternaPlace platform fees and also applies its provider terms.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Private listings, Flex add-ons and monthly or annual plans have no automatic recurring charge. Renewal requires another successful payment. Cancellation or scheduled plan changes do not authorize a new payment or automatically reverse a supplied period. The Refund Policy and applicable law continue to apply.
