Adviser referrals & rewards

Optional referral codes may be carried in a first-party session and attached once at registration. We record referral qualification, campaign rules, promotional ledger entries and relevant payment/refund evidence for administration and abuse review. Referrers see anonymized relationship status, not another adviser’s application, contact details or private documents. Authorized staff can review evidence. Promotional balances are not customer deposits.

Optional Google and Facebook sign-in

If you choose social sign-in, Google or Facebook authenticates you. We store the provider name and account identifier with your chosen EternaPlace account details, not provider access or refresh tokens, profile photos, contacts or posts. A securely verified Google email can be accepted without repeat verification; other email addresses require local ownership verification. Pending identity and registration details are encrypted and held briefly to complete verification; email verification codes are stored as hashes, not readable codes. We never automatically combine accounts using an email match. Social sign-in is optional and subject to the provider’s own privacy policy.

You can withdraw a connection in Settings → Connected accounts after confirming your identity. Passwordless users must first establish a recovery password using a secure link sent to their verified email. Facebook data-deletion requests remove the Facebook connection and identifier; another connected provider or verified-email password recovery remains the access route. To delete your EternaPlace account, use the account deletion controls in Profile settings or contact support using this policy’s contact route. Account and transaction retention rules remain applicable.

Essential storage and optional measurement

Essential storage supports sign-in, security and your privacy preference. You can use essential site services without agreeing to analytics or advertising. Your choice is saved in this browser’s local storage for up to 180 days, without an account identifier. Clearing browser storage removes the choice; it is not shared across your devices.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

When configured and you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager on eligible public pages to understand general site use. Before analytics consent, this integration does not load Google Tag Manager or send optional analytics requests. Analytics cookies such as _ga may distinguish browsers; Google also processes technical request information, which may include IP address and device/browser information, under its own privacy practices. Our application supplies general page categories rather than raw page queries, profile names or listing titles. We do not send form contents, contact details, identity documents, private addresses, messages, payment references or account/session identifiers as analytics event parameters. Private account, administration and payment-return pages are excluded.

Advertising choices

Advertising is a separate, optional preference for future advertising measurement and personalization. Advertising pixels are not currently enabled. Accept all records analytics and advertising permission but does not activate advertising services today. Any future advertising integration will require an updated notice and, where the purpose changes, a new choice.

Changing or withdrawing consent

Choose Reject optional, Accept analytics, Accept all or Manage privacy preferences. Analytics-only consent leaves advertising denied. Use Manage privacy preferences in the footer or on this page to change or withdraw your choice at any time. Withdrawal stops future optional measurement for the rejected category; the page may refresh, so save any unfinished form first. We attempt to remove known first-party Google measurement cookies for that category; this does not erase data already processed by Google or cookies on other domains. Browser settings can also clear cookies and storage. If preferences cannot be saved, optional measurement remains off.

Sharing

We share data only as needed with authorized users, service and payment providers, advisers and authorities under access controls and applicable law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention, security and choices

We retain records for operational, fraud-prevention, accounting and legal needs, then delete or anonymize them when appropriate. Contact us to request applicable access or correction rights.

Service providers and payment data

We may use hosting, object storage, transactional email, error monitoring such as Sentry, and an approved payment provider. Payment providers handle payment credentials under their own controls; EternaPlace does not claim to store full card credentials.
